    Interface StateNode

    A state of a compiled chart. Every node keeps its source element, so renderers can map live state back onto the document.

    children: StateNode[]

    <state>, <parallel> and <final> children — spec getChildStates.

    data: Element[]

    <data> elements of this state's own <datamodel>.

    depth: number

    Nesting depth: the root is 0.

    donedata: Element | null

    For <final> states: the <donedata> element, if any.

    element: Element

    The source element (<state>, <parallel>, …).

    generatedId: boolean

    True when the author omitted id and one was generated (spec §3.14).

    history: StateNode[]

    <history> children.

    historyType?: "shallow" | "deep"

    For <history> nodes: whether it remembers only direct children (shallow) or the full descendant configuration (deep).

    id: string

    The id attribute, or a generated one (see generatedId).

    initial: TransitionNode | null

    Initial transition, for compound states and <scxml>.

    invokes: InvokeNode[]

    Its <invoke>s, in document order.

    kind: StateKind

    Which element it is.

    onentry: Element[]

    Each <onentry> / <onexit> element is a separate executable block.

    onexit: Element[]

    The <onexit> blocks, in document order.

    order: number

    Document order.

    parent: StateNode | null

    The containing state; null for the root.

    transitions: TransitionNode[]

    Its <transition>s, in document order.
